Recovery trigger
Begin the release process
This page is for use when the person who gave you a Recovery Sheet has died or is no longer able to manage their own affairs.
Entering this information will start a 10-day countdown. The owner will be notified immediately by email (and by SMS if they provided a phone number), including a one-click link they can use to cancel. If the owner is still alive and well, using that link stops everything and no information will be released. Take your time to be certain before proceeding.

If the owner does not use their cancel link within 10 days, you will receive an email with a link to retrieve your release. No further action is required from you right now.
If the trigger was cancelled by the owner, you will receive a notification email. This means the owner is alive and no information has been disclosed.
